Products catalog online shop's help and ordering information:

  • All goods you can see and online are in stock and ready to be shipped right after we receive your order and payment.
    Only some New Rock boots are on special order - the delivery information is written in the description of the boots. We keep large quantities of goods in stock to ensure fast shipping and customer satisfaction. Once you place the order at our online shop- you can be sure that the ordered goods are reserved for you and will be packed same or next working days.

    Before placing the order: read all description and information of the item you want to buy, zoom and inspect the photos, check and read the information in the additional tabs (under the item's photo), read the help & info section. Make sure you understand everything in the product description. Please note, that by placing your order, you agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of this website. 

    To place an order:

    1. Add the item to your basket (cart) - press "add to basket". If needed- choose desired characteristics from a drop down menu (e.g. size) and write a quantity (if you want to order more than one piece).
    2. Go to "your basket" - place a mouse or a finger (for touchpads/smartphones) ar the top right corner of the page and press "View basket"
    3. Review your order and make changes if needed or continue shopping
    4. If you finished adding goods to your basket - press "Go to checkout"
    5. Enter your name, surname (family name), full address
    6. Check the available shipping options and if there is more than one shipping option - press on the one which suits you best.
    7. Select the desired payment method.
    8. Double check if your email and address is correct (!)
    9. Mark "become a registered user" (optional) if you wish to register for future orders or keep blank if you do not want to register. (To make purchase at our website the registration is NOT necessary)
    10. Write a note in a comment field (if needed). The information you may want to provide may be about preferred delivery time, door code or any other special instruction for a postman/courier; you may want to write your measures (sizes, height, weight) so we will double check if the chosen sizes are correct; write your full name&address in your Country's language (if you use other than English/Latin letters for addresses)
    11. Enter discount coupon (if you have any) and press apply.
    12. Press "Confirm" button to finish the ordering process. At the moment you press "Confirm" we receive your order, and the goods you have ordered are reserved for you. (Do not turn off the website and do not close the page yet!)
    13. Proceed with payment at the next step (all the information and the instructions will be given online)
    14. Check your email!


    After you place the order:

    1. Proceed with payment right away by following the instructions displayed at the website or make the payment later (but within 5 days after placing the order).
    2. Check your email for the order confirmation and payment instruction.
    3. If you already paid - please check your email. You have to receive the payment confirmation email. Please note that bank transfer payment confirmations takes up to 3 days.
    4. Once we pack and send your order - you will receive an email with information.
    5. If you ordered courier delivery (UPS, FedEx or DPD) - check your email for tracking information from one of these companies.
    6. Wait for courier arrival or check your Post Box for notification paper if you ordered Post Office delivery.
    7. Get the order from the courier (present your ID) or go to your local nearest Post Office to pick up the order within 5 days after receiving the notification. Submit the notification paper and your ID at the Post Office delivery counter, and receive the order. 
    8. Check your order and enjoy it :)

    IMPORTANT! If you do not receive any emails from us after placing the order - please check your spam/junk mail folders online at your email provider. If there is no emails from us - please contact us by writing the email to from your email account.

    If you want to make changes to your order, edit or cancel the order - please let us know as soon as possible! Thank you.
