    To find out the shipping price and delivery time:

    1. Add the desired item to your basket (cart) - press "add to basket"

    2. Go to "your basket" (top right corner), press "View basket"

    3. Press "Go to checkout", choose your Country and see the available shipping options/price.

    Delivery charge depends on the quantity (weight) of the ordered goods.

    We ship all orders from our office in Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe Union).
    Order collection and preparation for shipping takes only 1-2 working days for in-stock items, but for some shoes can take up to several weeks if shoes have to be specially made - in this case, delivery time will be written in the product description.

    POST DELIVERY Orders shipped by Post Office are all shipped as registered priority shipments, sent by Airmail. Usually, you will have to pick up the order yourself at your local post office. The postman will bring your parcel to your door or leave the notification in your postbox. If you got the note - please go to your local Post Office within 5 days after receiving the notification. Submit the notification paper, show your ID at the Post Office delivery counter, and receive the order.  

    DELIVERY TIME: 5-30 working days depending on location. 
    The post office is the cheapest available shipping option. However, it is also the slowest one. It has a very limited tracking option. Orders shipped by Post Office are not predictable: sometimes it takes up to 2 weeks, or even 6 weeks on Holidays or to remote locations. The parcels leave our Country within 24 hours after being collected by the Post Office – but the Post Office system is not that good in all the Countries yet, and postman may not always deliver as fine as private courier Companies. We do not accept any responsibility for any delays. That is why we recommend choosing a courier delivery if your order is urgent or you need it soon for the special occasion.

    UPS (United Parcel Service) COURIER DELIVERY Courier will bring your order to your address (to your door) Monday-Friday usually from 8:00 until 18:00.
    DELIVERY TIME: 4-14 working days depending on location (see exact time on checkout). 
    UPS services are fully trackable - you will receive an email with tracking link and estimated delivery time after we ship your order.

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, a courier will leave your order at the door, at your neighbour (if you request that in advance) or at the nearest UPS self-pickup location (courier will leave a note at your door and send you email with info).

    Order & pay before 22:00 (10 pm) for delivery by the end of a day in 2 (working) days (excludes Weekends & Public Holidays). Sent on a fully tracked service via
    This urgent delivery is Only possible in the Big Cities of Europe! We will contact you right away if we find out that this service is not available in your location.
    Your order will be shipped the same or next working day after we receive your payment. We will ship your order only after we receive your payment at our bank or PayPal account. PayPal payments are quick and we see incoming payments right away, while Bank transfer may take up to 48 hours. If you pay by Bank – please email us the copy of the transfer to (include your full name and order number). Please add 2 days for the weekend, national holidays, smaller cities or extreme weather conditions.
    How it works: You place and pay for the order before 22:00 on Wednesday – you receive your order on Friday late afternoon. You place and pay for the order on Thursday – you receive your order on Monday.

    We do not have a physical shop, so to buy something from us you have to place an order online, wait for our email with confirmation, then come pick up the order in our office during office working hours (usually from 13:00 until 17:00) on working days only (Monday to Friday).  We do not work on the weekends.

    ORDER PROCESSING/PACKAGING After making the purchase you will be able to register at our website, this way you will be able to log in and track the order progress. You can see when/if the order is in preparation, was packed, was sent out to you.
    We process the orders at the latest the second working day after receipt of the order and supply the ordered articles as soon as possible. Delays in delivery can occur. In that case, you will be informed by e-mail or in writing.

    TRACK YOUR ORDER We offer an online tracking option for all orders.
    If you ordered UPS courier delivery - courier company will email you a tracking number & estimated delivery date together with a tracking website link after your order gets shipped. This way you will always be informed about the exact day of delivery. If you won‘t be home on the day of estimated delivery – please contact your local courier office (contacts can be found at the tracking page) and arrange the other day delivery or self-pickup.
    If you ordered Post Office delivery - you receive an email with tracking number from us. Post Office shipments can be tracked at or at your County's national post office page. Unfortunately, not all parcels can be tracked when they leave Lithuania, so we can not guarantee fully trackable service for all Post shipments.

    IF YOU ARE NOT IN when the UPS or Post courier first attempts to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card, take your order back to the office and then attempt to deliver 1 more time on the following working day. Please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery.

    SIGNATURE A signature is required on delivery for all shipped orders. Please make sure you wrote your real name when placed the order and please have your ID ready when signing on upon delivery. 
    Sorry, but we can not send the orders without the recipient's signature and leaving the orders at the backyard is not possible. In some countries, it is possible to leave the packages at the neighbours (please contact the courier and talk to your neighbour ;)).

    ON DELIVERY Please check your parcel carefully before you sign for it. If the parcel has been damaged, opened, and the goods are damaged or missing, please submit the claim to the carrier. However, we do the packaging very carefully, and our carriers do ship your ordered goods with care. But if there are visible damages to the package - before signing for collection - open the package and verify that the order is not damaged, and the quantities match the invoice/packing list. Private couriers or Post Office workers are required to weigh up your package and provide you with the necessary information and documentation regarding the damaged parcels. Should you have any troubles – please contact us.

    DELIVERY PRICE All domestic and international packages will be charged based on their individual weight, destination and chosen courier. Final delivery price will be calculated on check out (before you confirm and pay for the order).

    DELIVERY TO REMOTE LOCATIONS Usually remote locations are considered those which are really far from the city, on the islands, and other rural village areas (especially in Australia). Our couriers provide customers with the best delivery network, however, due to inaccessibility of some locations additional 16 to 20 Euro cost for delivery to remote locations may occur. If this happens – we will inform you before shipping, but after packing your order. We do not always have all the information about shipping price to out of delivery areas... not until we have precise order, weight and full address given to Courier Company. If the customer does not agree on paying out of delivery zone shipping surcharge we offer either cheaper delivery option (e.g. Post Office) or money refund. If you know that you live in a remote location- please let us know by leaving the note in the comment field on checkout. 
    DELIVERY TO ISLANDS American Samoa, Hawaii,  Aruba, and other islands will be considered as shipping to out of delivery location, therefore, the surcharge will be applied. At the moment our website's shipping calculation system is not ready to apply these surcharges automatically, so additional payment request will be sent by email after you place an order with delivery to the island.

    DELIVERY TO ANOTHER ADDRESS Purchasing a gift? Want a delivery to your work? The address connected to your payment account is different than the delivery address? Choose "ship to" tab on checkout and write the recipients contacts and address there. If you need to write any additional shipping information for us and for courier - please use the comment field.

    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO THE COURIER If you want to give any special instructions to the courier (door code, gate code, special entrance) or request delivery to your neighbour if you are not at home – please leave the note in the comment field when checking out.

    TAX-FREE SHIPPING, VALUE ADDED TAX & CUSTOMS DUTIES INFO (NOTICE TO OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS): Customers outside the EU (Europe Union) are able to buy tax-free, but will be liable for any customs/import duty (if applicable). Customs charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. Please note: We cannot mark packages as gift or reduce the value of the purchase. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information before ordering from our website. Customers in Norway and Switzerland will be charged VAT, but no customs duties (EU agreement). As we know, customers in USA can order for up to 800 USD (including shipping) and if it is for personal use - they won't pay any taxes or customs duties.     ORDER IS NOT DELIVERED? and it's been more than 2 weeks since it was shipped? Contact us immediately through facebook messenger, email (write your full name & order number) or call us +37060092442.
    Delays on holidays: sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, all deliveries may take longer. Please allow several extra working days for deliveries over National Holidays.
    It may also happen that your local customs office inspects your parcel before releasing it for delivery. That can cause a slight delay (only when the order is shipped outside EU).  
    Please note that the Post Office does not start an investigation of the delayed or lost shipping until it has been 60 days since the parcel was shipped, then it will take one week to 30 days to investigate the case.
    Busy holiday period starts in the middle of November and ends at the end of January. Also, there might be slight delays during Easter or any other Nationa Holidays or because of extreme weather conditions in some Countries (e.g. heavy snow or storms).
    Please note: we do not accept complains or refund payments if you ordered shipment by Post and it has been less than 60 days since the order is shipped. When this time passes and Post officially confirms that your order is lost - we will refund your payment in full. Luckily the parcels loss by Post only happened few times since we started shipping in 2002. :)

    FREE SHIPPING is not possible. Sorry about that. But you can pick up the order at our office in Vilnius :). However, our returning customers always receive a discount which (depending on the chosen shipping option) usually covers the shipping expenses.
