Delivery during Covid-19 outbreak

  • The spread of COVID-19 has changed our lives drastically. However, Fantasmagoria, together with UPS couriers & Lithuanian Post, strives to provide full service to our customers.

    Please expect and allow delay up to 5 days for orders shipped UPS standard service, and up to 2 weeks for orders shipped by Post.

    We recommend ordering UPS courier delivery - fully trackable courier delivery service . Please choose: UPS Standard, UPS Express, or UPS 48-hours on checkout.

    As you already know: we have everything in stock and ship from our warehouse which is located in Vilnius, Lithuania (Europe). We send out your order same or next working day after receiving your payment.

    • After we ship your order - you will receive an email from UPS with the tracking number and tracking link.
    • If there are some changes in your address or you prefer to pick up the parcel at the UPS office (where available)- please contact UPS right away (contact information will be sent to you by email with tracking, or you can find it at
    • Upon ordering personal order to your work-place, please be sure to check if you can receive personal shipments, whether your company is open or closed.
    • Please note that in some countries, shipments may be returned to the shipper the same day after the first unsuccessful attempt to deliver. Please note that in this case, we won't be able to refund your payment. 


    • Since many countries have closed borders, there is a potential delay in UPS Standard service.
    • So far, we have no delays affected by quarantine for Express services. 
    • UPS provides services wherever it is safe, and local authority directives allow.
    • UPS currently operates worldwide, with the exception of a few defined regions in China and Northern Italy.
    • If services are restricted in any area, shipments will be stored at UPS offices and delivered at the earliest opportunity permitted by the local authority.
    • As the situation is continuously changing, we will keep you updated as there are changes made. 

    The well-being of our employees and customers is essential, so we take every measure to protect both our employees and our clients. 
    Please allow the courier to leave the package by the door, or leave instructions for the driver where it is safe to leave the package without any personal contact.
    This request can be written in the comment field on checkout (for example: "OK to leave at the door." or "Please leave in the red bin next to the entrance," or "Please leave at my door on the third floor. House entrance code is 1234")
