Delivery during Holidays
Dear customers and visitors, Happy New Year and merry christmas and happy whatewer December-January holidays you celebrate ;) !
Please note, that we are (so as Post Offices all over the world) very busy with the orders from the middle of November until middle of January - so there may be delays with order packing and email replies.
SHIPPING TIMES DURING NEW YEAR HOLIDAYS:
Last shipments by DPD, FedEx, UPS couriers will be done on 23rd of December, then we will ship only on 29 and 30th of December, and start shipping again after 2nd of January.
Delivery by UPS, DPD, FedEx during Christmas holidays takes 6-10 working days after shipment (public holidays and weekends are not considered working days so delivery may take up to 1.5 weeks)
48 hours express Shipping by UPS takes 2 working days (public holidays and weekends are not considered working days so delivery may take up to 4 days if you order express delivery before the holidays) .
Last shipments by Post Office* will be done on 23rd of December, then we will start shipping again on first working day after 2nd of January.
All Post shipments done after 20th of November is not guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas as Post Offices are very busy during holidays. If you want your order to be delivered before Christmas and it is already after 20th of November - please choose courier delivery on checkout. However, usually the orders sent within Europe by Post office make it in time for holidays even if shipped on 10th of December (not guaranteed).
Self Pick up is available only after you place the order online, and after you receive personal email with invitation to visit our office for order pickup. More info about self-pickup (free) service can be found here.
As it says in our Terms and Conditions: sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, all deliveries may take longer. Please allow several extra working days (to 60 days for Post Office) for deliveries over National Holidays.
It may also happen that your local customs office inspects your parcel before releasing it for delivery. That can cause a slight delay (only when the order is shipped outside EU).
Please note that the Post Office does not start investigation of the delayed or lost shipping until it has been 30 days since the parcel were shipped, then it will take one week to 30 days to investigate the case.
Busy holiday period starts in the middle of November and ends in the end of January. Also there might be slight delays because of extreme weather conditions in some Countries (e.g. heavy snow or storms in Winter ... or Summer in Australia :))
Please note that Post Offices tracking system for shipments from abroad may not work during holidays period as Post worker simply not able to enter all the trackings to the system.
PLEASE NOTE that it can also take longer than standard for returns (for refund or for exchange) to reach us during holidays! If you have sent us anything - please calculate at least 20 and allow 60 days for return.
