QUICK TIPS FOR ORDERING AT OUR WEBSITE:

1) Choose the item you like;

2) Choose size, colour, quantity other necessary details;

3) Press “BUY” button (the item will appear in your casket (shopping basket:)));

4) If You want to order more items, press “continue shopping”, and repeat the steps listed above for each item you want to order.

*To get to Your shopping basket - please press "View" button on the top right of
the window - near the "Casket" icon.

*If You want to remove item from Your basket, press the red cross on the right side of the ordering table;

*For your convenience: after You press "buy"- goods will stay in Your basket for 12 hours (even if You will turn off your computer or close browser).

5) If You ordered everything You wanted, choose the preferred method of payment and press “ORDER NOW” button;

6) You will be asked to fill the order form (Your name and contact details);

7) Press “ORDER NOW” button, and Your order will be sent to us by e-mail.
Now, please wait for the emails from us:

First email:
You will receive automatic confirmation of Your order (Please note- this is just confirmation of Your order. This is not the invoice yet.)

Second email:

We will e-mail You the invoice & delivery details within 10 working days after receiving Your order.

Please note:
You do not have to pay on checkout! Our online shop is slightly different than other web shops: first we check the availability of Your order, calculate the shipping price, delivery time, and only after we email You the invoice to pay.
You may cancel the order if You are not happy with shipping price or delivery time.

We accept EURO payments only.
If Your local currency is not EURO --> You may want to check price in Your local currency by using our online calculator. Currency calculator will appear at the bottom of the page when You start browsing goods. This calculator is only for approximate calculations. For exact Euro-Your currency rate please check with Your Bank.
